The Music

The heart of the party has its place in Colombia Festiva, from songs and ancient vocals, to remixes with electronic sounds, the taste of Colombian festival runs through the senses.

Roots and Mixing

Festivals in Colombia are diverse and heterogeneous, and they all play a role as a social gathering. In each, the music becomes the primary creator of environments and scenarios becoming the heart of the party.

The llamador, Caucan violin, the voices of the "cantaoras", African heritage percussion and indigenous wind flutes are just some of the instruments that weave the emotions of our celebrations. The everyday folk and roots mingle with the artists who call upon the people.

There's music in the street, pallets, parades and bars, which is why we spend this musical section to those passionate sounds, remixes, bands and emerging musicians, for those interested about the roots of our festivals by promoting our heritage sounds to the world.
